About Smiles on 146th Street

Thank you for considering us as a provider for your dental health needs. We are excited about receiving new patients and hope you will follow through and contact us for your initial visit. Your first visit would include a comprehensive exam, necessary diagnostic x-rays, and a complete evaluation of all your dental needs.

To provide just a little background on the dentist. Before becoming a dentist, Dr. Malcolm C. George was an Eli Lilly chemist for many years. He left Eli Lilly in 1997 to go to the Indiana University School of Dentistry and has been practicing dentistry on the North side of Indianapolis. "Smiles on 146th Street" is the result of a few years of planning and design.

Dr. George opened "Smiles on 146th Street" on March 28, 2005. Our state-of-the-art facility is one of the few dental offices in the nation to operate free of out-dated paper charts and hand-written schedules. In addition to being virtually paperless, our fully computerized office takes advantage of the latest x-ray technology. Digital x-rays are much safer and allow us to show you, for the first time, large x-ray images of your teeth on a high-resolution monitor.

Our office is located at 14600 Herriman Blvd., Suite 400 in Noblesville at the corner of State Road 37 and 146th Street. Our reception area entrance is on the West side of the building, facing Cardinal Fitness. Our hours are Monday 9am-5pm and Tuesday thru Thursday 7am-4pm.
